Donaway Furniture tenant spaces - Berlin, Maryland
The old Donaway Furniture building was used for many years as a furniture warehouse for the Ocean City store. This renovation project created two new tenant spaces for the building on South Main Street, which helps to extend and enlarge the business district in the historic downtown Berlin, while providing a much better use for the building. Permit and construction drawings were provided for this project.
The owner also recently removed the exterior Formastone and metal panel false front that was installed in the 1950's. The original 1920's stucco exterior was restored the as part of the Berlin Main Street Facade Improvement Program.
