Jennifer Lynch called us when it was time to relocate her small accounting practice back in Berlin. She found an older home on S. Main St. that was a great location for her, but the house had small rooms that felt very confining and the house was in poor condition. A total renovation of the interior was needed along with some minor site design for ADA accessibility and parking.
Design Resources completely redesigned the interior for a nice open feeling and a new rear employee entrance. Rick presented and received approval for this project’s Change of Use to the Berlin Planning Commission. Although this property is just outside of the Historic District, we were careful to retain the character of the older home while making it suitable for Jennifer’s business.
