A couple wanted to relocate to their newly purchased lot in the Glen Riddle area near West Ocean City. They were disappointed with the designs they found and asked Design Resources to design their new home. They had a few rough floor plan ideas and a picture of just a front entry porch that they loved. Barb took the picture and designed an entire house to fit around the porch.
The lot had a large wooded area but not a very large buildable area, so it was difficult to make everything fit. This home is almost 3,300 SF with a 1st floor Master Bedroom suite, a large Dining Rm. and an open Kitchen / Living Rm. with a coffered ceiling. The 2nd floor includes 3 bedrooms and a Family Rm. It was designed so that most of the area could be closed off when it is not in use.
